Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this laborious artistry, each piece is either one-of-a-kind or made to order by Paulina.
If your item has been damaged during delivery it may be returned to us for repair or replacement. Damage requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photos. Requests made after 7 days are not guaranteed repair or replacement.

I am sensitive to certain metals. Which types of metals are the earring backs and posts?
Metal posts and backs are gold-plated brass or stainless steel. If you are sensitive to these metals, please email me and we will figure out a more fitting accommodation.
What material are the beads?
All pieces are made with glass seed beads.
Gold beads are 18k gold-plated.
Will my jewelry wear over time?
Beaded jewelry will maintain its color. "Metallic" - subtle color fading is common with wear.
